Our Story: Why We Started
MEASUREMASTER was born from a critical observation in 2025: manufacturing facilities were losing millions in material waste and product recalls due to undetected dimensional defects. Traditional manual inspection methods were slow, inconsistent, and prone to human error. We witnessed skilled workers struggling with calipers and micrometers, trying to maintain quality in high-speed production lines—an impossible task.
Our founders, engineers passionate about industrial automation and computer vision, asked a simple question: "What if machines could see and measure with superhuman precision, 24/7, without fatigue?" This question sparked a revolution.
We started in a small workshop in India, developing algorithms that could analyze circular objects with micron-level accuracy. We are now working with manufacturers to bring this technology to production lines across India.
