MEASUREMASTER LLP is a machine-vision metrology startup based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh — in the middle of one of India's densest industrial belts, and deliberately so.
Why Ghaziabad
The National Capital Region industrial corridor — Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Loni, and outward into western Uttar Pradesh — is full of wire drawing units, fastener manufacturers, tube makers and metal-forming shops. These are working factories with real throughput and real margins under pressure.
They also share a specific, unglamorous problem: the tooling that defines their product's geometry is almost never measured properly, because the instruments that do it properly are priced for a different kind of company.
Being physically close to that problem is not a sentimental detail. It is why the product is designed for mixed lighting, dusty benches, non-specialist operators and equipment budgets measured in thousands rather than lakhs. You cannot design for a shop floor you have never stood on.
It is also why the MeitY GENESIS programme, which exists specifically to build deep-tech capacity outside the metros, was the right fit.

Mission
To make precision geometry measurement so cheap and so easy that no manufacturer has an excuse to guess at it — starting with the die ovality problem that quietly destroys yield across the wire and metal-forming industry.
Vision
A manufacturing base where every critical tool carries a measured history, where reconditioning is triggered by condition rather than calendar, and where an MSME has the same measurement confidence as a multinational.
How We Work
Measure honestly. Report uncertainty alongside every number. Say no to a poor fit rather than sell into it. Build for the plant that exists, not the laboratory we wish it had.
What we actually believe about measurement
Most industrial software oversells certainty. A number appears on a screen with four decimal places and everyone treats it as truth, regardless of whether the image behind it was in focus.
We have built MeasureMaster around the opposite instinct. Every measurement carries a confidence score. Low-quality input produces a warning, not a confident number. When there is no calibration reference, results are reported in pixels and labelled as such. A measurement you cannot trust is more dangerous than no measurement at all, because it gets acted on.
That principle costs us the ability to make the flashiest claims in the category. We think it is the only defensible way to build a metrology company.
The team
MEASUREMASTER LLP is a small, technically-focused founding team combining manufacturing-process understanding with computer vision and software engineering. We deliberately keep the company lean and the feedback loop with plants short.
Engineering and platform work is delivered in partnership with UJSolution.

- From measurement to prediction. One reading tells you a die's state today. A history tells you when it will fail — that is the real product.
