Ownership
The MeasureMaster measurement platform — including its image-processing pipeline, contour recovery and fitting methods, confidence-estimation approach, analytical outputs, source code, user interface, documentation and the MEASUREMASTER name and logo — is the property of MEASUREMASTER LLP, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Confidential and proprietary methods
The implementation techniques that allow reliable sub-pixel roundness measurement on low-cost, uncalibrated optics are maintained as confidential proprietary information and trade secrets of MEASUREMASTER LLP. Nothing published on this website, in the live demo, or in any marketing material constitutes disclosure of those methods, nor does it grant any licence, express or implied, to reproduce or reverse-engineer them.

Trade marks
MEASUREMASTER, the MeasureMaster logo, and associated product names are marks used by MEASUREMASTER LLP in the course of trade. Use of these marks by any third party in a manner likely to cause confusion as to origin, sponsorship or affiliation is not permitted.
Patent position
MEASUREMASTER LLP reserves all rights in respect of patentable subject matter arising from its research and development. Where a patent application has been filed, that status will be stated explicitly and specifically on this page and against the relevant product. Absence of a patent-pending statement should be read as an absence of a filed application, not as an absence of protectable rights — copyright, trade secret and confidentiality protections apply regardless.
A note on what a website can and cannot protect
We state this plainly because it matters: a notice on a webpage does not by itself create enforceable rights over an idea. Ideas are not protectable as such in any major jurisdiction, including India. What is protectable is the specific expression of that idea — the code, the text, the designs, the trade marks — along with confidential technical information properly handled as a trade secret, and any inventions covered by a granted or pending patent. Our protection strategy rests on those instruments. This page records our position; it does not substitute for them.
Third-party dealings
Discussions with prospective customers, pilot partners, investors and collaborators that involve technical detail beyond what is published here are conducted under confidentiality. If you are engaging with us commercially and have not been offered a confidentiality undertaking, ask for one — we would rather formalise it than rely on goodwill.
